Blomz Accessories guarantees you will get the tracking number and information on the website. At Blomz Accessories we work very hard to fulfill all orders, however, we do not guarantee the availability of all the goods or in time delivery.
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Blomz Accessories, which is the reason why we offer a straight-forward 7 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (minus any shipping or packaging charges) or an exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
The item must be returned unworn and unwashed.
The item being returned must have the jewellery tag attached.
Customized items (including customized size, customized color) will not be accepted for refund.
Replacements will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
The item may be sold out.
Colors may differ from reality.
